What is collected, and why
Form submissions. If you apply for a pilot or start a partnership conversation, the site collects what you type: name, email, role, how many Google Ads accounts you manage, your answers to the open questions, your follow-up preference, and optionally a WhatsApp number or LinkedIn URL. This data is used to review your application, reply to you, and follow up about it. Nothing else. It is never sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you allow analytics in the consent banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (page views, clicks, scroll behavior, device and traffic source) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings) to understand how the page is used and improve it. Everything you type into forms is masked in Clarity recordings. If you decline, these tools do not load at all.
Technical logs. Form submissions are also written to a private server log as a backup so applications cannot be lost to a technical failure.
Who processes the data
- MailerLite (email platform): stores form submissions as subscriber records and sends the confirmation and follow-up emails.
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Sheets): consented analytics, and an internal spreadsheet where applications are reviewed.
- Microsoft (Clarity): consented session recordings and heatmaps, with form inputs masked.
- The hosting provider of flowsem.com: serves the site and stores the private submission log.
These providers process data in their own infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Each operates under its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Application data is kept while it is relevant to an open conversation or engagement. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time: email pedro@flowsem.com from the address you applied with, and it will be removed from the mailing platform, the review spreadsheet, and the server log.
Your choices
- Analytics are opt-in. You can change your choice anytime via "Analytics settings" in the footer.
- Every email sent through the mailing platform includes an unsubscribe link.
- The WhatsApp field is optional and is only used to follow up on your application. No sales calls, no spam.
